About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Greenpoint Accommodation Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the guesthouse, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Coordinating room assignments and guest check-in/check-out procedures
  2. Managing housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  3. Overseeing front desk operations and responding to guest inquiries
  4. Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of guest stays and preferences
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  6. Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  4. Familiarity with property management systems and software
  5. Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
