About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team at WestLine Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving ambitious sales targets, and fostering a customer-focused sales culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the stock control team to maintain an optimal vehicle mix that meets customer demand.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to maximize dealership profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in automotive sales with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
  • Minimum Education Level: Grade 12 National Certificate
  • Valid Drivers Licence
