You must be able to work independently and accurately maintain records, demonstrating initiative in ensuring the profitability of the company.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years' experience in managing quality control administration and document control using MS Access and Advanced Excel, specifically in an Engineering field.

* Experience in coordinating non-destructive testing services, planning and organizing sub-contractors and service providers, as well as knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

* A solid understanding of populating WPS/PQR matrices/registers, drafting DNV offshore certificates, and maintaining weld registers.

* Proven experience in updating and maintaining work instructions and ensuring document databases, both online and hard copies, are organized and easily accessible to management.

* A valid driver's license, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.
