Commercial Space Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our client's team in Umhlanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements for existing and new development retail spaces. They will also maintain knowledge of government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail/property sector.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail/property sector. You will also need excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively work with clients and stakeholders. In addition, you must hold a Matric with a Business Qualification (Degree/Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous) and possess a SACSC Certificate and an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver's license for site visitation purposes is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements for existing and new development retail spaces.
- Maintaining knowledge of government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail/property sector.
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless leasing processes.
