Job Title: Financial Manager

About the Role:
This is a senior-level financial role that requires a seasoned professional to manage the company's financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring proper allocation and investment of funds.
  • Manage risk through insurance, hedging, and other financial instruments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in a Financial Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
