Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to provide exceptional automotive services.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes growth and development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services by staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
- Promptly address customer concerns and ensure a positive and memorable service experience.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to elevate service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Manager in a Premium Brand dealership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of employees.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
