Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in reliability engineering, asset management, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of RCM principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in applying reliability engineering tools and techniques.
  • Experience in the implementation and optimization of predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of asset management software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to asset management and maintenance.
