About the Role:

  • This is a dynamic position that requires someone with strong digital marketing skills, including websites, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • You will be responsible for managing leads, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring all used stock is photographed and correctly fed into platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in execution of marketing campaigns, including displays and events, and knowledge of graphic design would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Manage leads via 3rd Party Platforms and company Website into CMS.
  • Website: Manage the company website by ensuring Backend updates for new car pricing/OEM Offers/Aftersales Offers/New Model Releases/Used Car Stock etc.
  • Social Media / Digital Marketing: Managing Facebook per OEM Requirements, run campaigns including boosting spend, and ensure correct CI is used when running OEM campaigns.
  • Claims / Budgeting: Liase with Sales Managers and OEM to agree quarterly activities and budget, submit claims as agreed to OEMs for payment.
  • Call Centre: Manage the productivity of the Call Centre ensuring that monthly targets are met for outbound workshop bookings.
