About the Role

  • Assist walk-in and event visitors with their travel, accommodation, and entertainment bookings, as well as retail sales.
  • Reference support information through utilising our IT systems, timetables, guidebooks, and reference kits.
  • Manage and set up banners, sell, and restock merchandise and equipment.
  • Execute tourism marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to market, sell, and negotiate.
  • Deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of our CRM system and booking process.

Requirements

  • A higher certificate (NQF5) in a related field plus 2 years' experience working within the Tourism, Travel, Events & PR Co-ordination and Management industry sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid SA driver's license is required.
