Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Epiroc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers on spare parts and service delivery.
  • Uphold Epiroc's reputation by following the code of conduct and remaining accountable and reliable in delivering our promises to customers.
  • Represent the company well as the initial point of contact with customers, demonstrate teamwork, and consistently make sound decisions and see them through.
  • Accurately process orders, invoices, and time-keeping schedules.
  • Perform various clerical office tasks, including maintaining files, records, scheduling, compiling data, investigating information, processing documents, posting records, and typing correspondence and reports from drafts.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage/shipping method.
  • Respond to customer concerns by providing follow-up and feedback on task performance.
  • Prepare site reports, daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
  • Break down and call out cost recovery.
  • Manage all admin and filing in the office.
  • Handle client enquiries and problem-solving.
  • Keep customers updated on delivery timelines and prioritize any pending orders for faster processing.
  • Liaise with all customers to maintain good relations.
  • Perform all admin-related duties where assistance is required.
  • Order site stationery and groceries.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a quality brand is desirable.
  • Responsible, accountable, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient level computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly energetic and self-starter, with the ability to motivate oneself.
  • Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multitask activities with shifting priorities.
  • Honest, assertive, and systematic.
