Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can source and acquire new HNW clients, articulate and sell our clients' value proposition, and identify opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HNW individuals' financial positions, including personal balance sheets, business structures, and family structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and acquiring new HNW clients
  • Articulating and selling our clients' value proposition
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary degree (postgraduate degree, such as B.Com Honours or LLB with Accounting as a major subject)
  • Minimum 5-6 years of financial services experience in Private Banking
  • In-depth knowledge of credit and deal structuring
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to interact with international geographies of clients
  • Experience in Wealth Management and Structured Property Finance will be advantageous
  • Awareness and management of compliance and regulatory frameworks in all dealings with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including:
