Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team at The Hiring House. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and maintain project databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and other administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional client liaison services, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Compose tender proposals and other documentation as required
- Assist with project management and administration, including report writing and minute taking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Matric certification
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Minimum 13 years of relevant administrative and/or secretarial experience
