  • Council Submissions: Manage and submit construction and signage drawings for council approval nationwide, liaising with key stakeholders to secure occupation certificates

Our ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Architecture or similar and have SACAP Registration is mandatory. They should also have 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, Proficiency in Revit LT, Familiarity with council legislation, policies, and procedures, Skilled in managing multiple projects through all phases from proposal to construction, Experience in preparing costings, schedules, and project documentation, and a Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as necessary.
