Job Overview

talentCRU is seeking a Financial Clerk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounts receivable department. This critical role requires a highly organized and analytical individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate capture of invoices on a daily basis, loading payments onto the online banking system.
  • Receive and check payment requisitions, guaranteeing compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with creditors and staff to resolve payment-related queries.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • National Diploma in Accounting or bookkeeping course.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Creditors and Debtors Clerk, preferably in a Sage Evolution environment.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, strong ability to deal with conflict and uptight individuals.
