Job Opportunity at Fancourt

Fancourt, a premier golfing, leisure, and lifestyle destination in George, South Africa, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including drafting letters, preparing documents, and distributing dockets.
  • Process stock orders accurately on SAP and perform administrative duties related to stock takes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, breakages, guest profiles, and staff rosters.
  • Assist Manor House staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences and perform general administrative duties.
  • Issue guest amenities, record, and restock them.
  • Provide excellent service to guests in the absence of a Service Assistant/Manager.
  • Handle guest requests and follow up with them.
  • Guard confidential information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Hotel management or tourism diploma advantageous.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position in a hospitality environment.
  • Competency in MS Office essential.
