Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive electrical OHTE construction project specifications and designs, adhering to customer requirements and railway OHTE design standards.
  2. Work closely with contractors and other construction professionals to ensure that engineering designs are feasible and meet client project requirements.
  3. Leverage computer-aided design (CAD) software and other necessary engineering tools to create and refine construction project designs, including 3D models and animations.
  4. Carry out thorough feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the viability of new designs and construction techniques.
  5. Maintain accurate project and contract documentation, including design reports, design drawings, and specifications.
  6. E nsure that construction projects meet statutory and regulatory requirements and adhere to railway safety, reliability, and sustainability standards.
  7. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary project team to guarantee timely completion, within budget, and adherence to quality standards.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, making recommendations to senior project management team members.
  9. Foster effective communication among project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
