Pedros is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing debtors and creditors functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to assist in daily sales order listings, reconciliation of accounts, and processing of customer invoices at the correct price and quantity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for running customer statements per Pedros SOP, assisting with customer queries, following up on customer PODs, processing GRVs and supplier invoices, and preparing supplier payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You should also have 2 – 3 years experience in Sage 200 Evolution and previous experience in the FMCG, Fast Food or Retail sector. Additionally, you should possess effective time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as a solid understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
