Financial Career Specialist

Estimated Salary: R450,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with the ability to think outside the box and work under pressure. The ability to work productively alone as well as in a team within a competitive environment is required.
About the Role:- Sourcing and developing new client relationships through networking and prospecting.
- Identifying insurance and investment needs, risk tolerance, and profiles of clients, including income requirements, investment time horizon, etc.
- Making written recommendations based on client responses to risk profile questionnaires and subsequent discussions.
- Providing ongoing financial planning advice to retained clients.
- Developing and implementing strategies to obtain and manage business opportunities arising within assigned corporate accounts.
- To identify and develop sales opportunities from existing clients and prospects.
- To negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- To build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- To maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- A tertiary qualification in a related field, preferably in finance or business.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate individual needs and productivity styles.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and leadership abilities.
