About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our multicultural team as a technical lead.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions that support our global provider network.

You will work closely with colleagues in South Africa, the UK, and the US to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality solutions.

This position can be carried out from our Johannesburg office, remotely, or in a hybrid setup. Remote candidates must be physically located within South Africa.

Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  2. Solution Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
  3. Custom Development: Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
  4. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  • 2+ years of experience leading the efforts of junior developers.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
