• Maintain effective backups of all software and PLC programs, ensuring business continuity.
• Respond promptly to faults, guaranteeing seamless operations.
• Optimize machine uptime through proactive maintenance, improving overall productivity.
• Perform effective troubleshooting and repairs, resolving complex issues.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns, maintaining equipment reliability.
• Support all departments with Mechatronics needs, fostering collaboration.
• Develop and build new Mechatronics facilities, driving innovation.
• Facilitate wiring of PLC panels and electronic machinery, ensuring precise integration.
• Conduct PLC and software programming, enhancing system performance.
• Assist in upgrading facilities and implementing advancements, staying ahead of the curve.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time, maintaining record-keeping standards.
• Manage network infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
• Oversee production IT systems and servers, guaranteeing uptime and performance.
• Handle database administration and development, maintaining data integrity.
