About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Treasurer based in South Africa to join our Treasury team. This position requires strong analytical skills and energy to manage daily trading activities with banks and brokers in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with brokers and banks, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing funds.
• Cash flow estimation and management to support business growth.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONS WITH BANKS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Executing SOX controls as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Public Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Trading with international companies (5-8 years).
• Exceptional English language skills.
• Expertise in FX, Bloomberg, and hedges.
• Excellent Excel skills, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence.
• Travel availability.
