Job Requirements:
    To be successful in this role, you must have:
      * 8+ years of experience in restaurant & bar management
      * Strong all-round management skills
      * Ability to manage front and back of house
      * Strong knowledge of liquor cost and stock management
      * Skilled in bar cash up reconciliation, customer relations, opening & closing procedures
      * Energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed under pressure
      * Strong staff management and training skills
      * Ability to work late evenings/nights due to trading hours until 2 am

What We Offer:
    In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of R17 - R20K net.
