This role involves various duties such as interacting with customers regarding medication and healthcare services, capturing scripts, handling queries, and managing patient profiles.

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of SAPC and relevant legal requirements, sound knowledge of the chronic authorization process, customer service orientation, and ethical working practices.

You will also need to possess key skills such as computer literacy, customer service orientation, accuracy and attention to detail, bilingualism (with English being one of the requirements), adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
