We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Coordinator to join our team at Gloei Technologies (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight from farm to end user, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the movement of freight from farm to end user, listening to customer needs, contacting shipping lines, compiling quotes based on customer requirements, and arranging road freight to the facility for repacking into sea freight containers.
  • Maintain client etiquette by taking requests from clients and assisting throughout the sea freight process.
  • Provide clients with accurate cost estimates, including shipping line charges and company agency fees.
  • Forward orders to relevant international offices and monitor accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to multitask.
