Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product planning strategies to drive commercial growth and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform product range decisions and stock allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, customer services, and supply chain, to ensure effective product management.
- Work with the eCom Merchandise Team Manager to develop and maintain in-season product strategies, ensuring category width, depth, and price parity.
- Identify and seize commercial opportunities through in-season trade activities.
- Work with the eCom HUB to plan and manage OTB, ensuring alignment with eCom and DTC strategies.
