As a Recruitment Manager at MEDIPOST, you will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and identifying top talent to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute recruitment plans that align with business objectives* Source, attract, and select top talent through various channels and methods* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions* Design and deliver training programs to improve recruitment skills and knowledge within the team* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies* Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development* Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive results* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions* Bachelor's degree in HR Management or an equivalent qualification* Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are highly desirable*
