Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and installation of building services systems, including fire protection, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Conduct site visits and inspect building services systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in building services engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Revit and proficiency in CAD design software.
  • BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • South African residency or valid work permit.
