As a Senior IT Operations Event Management Specialist, you will be responsible for migrating and enhancing the company's IT Event Management to ServiceNow ITOM. This involves supporting and integrating monitoring solutions into ServiceNow ITOM, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for Event Management and Workflow Engine, and developing and enhancing ITOM solutions based on user stories.
You will also document, test, and optimize ITOM processes to drive efficiency. Your role requires strong IT qualifications, ServiceNow ITOM certification, and at least 6 years of experience in IT Operations Management. Additionally, you should have cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google), Linux/Windows, Networking, and experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event Management). An automation and DevOps mindset is essential for this position.

In this role, you will migrate our current IT Event Management solution to ServiceNow ITOM, integrating monitoring tools and providing advanced support.
