  1. Project Planning and Initiation: Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Engineering Project Management: Oversee the engineering aspects of projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
  3. Contract Administration: Administer contracts between clients and contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  4. Project Cost Management: Compile accurate project cost estimates and cash flow projections, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  5. Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and initiating engineering solutions and projects.
  6. Design and Development: Prepare and review preliminary and final design reports, ensuring compliance with accepted design codes and client standards.
  7. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
  1. Education: BSc Eng or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Registration: Registered with ECSA as PrEng/Pr. Technologist.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience after obtaining qualification, with a strong background in Civil Engineering projects.
  4. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
