The role of the eCommerce Customer Relationship Manager is to build and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with customers.

This involves maintaining an up-to-date end-to-end profile and needs analysis of allocated accounts, managing improvements of the end-to-end operation via cross-functional customer projects, and meeting with customers to deliver an agreed strategic update on overall performance of the account in line with strategic objectives.

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty, maintaining accurate and complete customer information, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
