Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Datafin Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in computer science, with expertise in algorithms, data structures and software design.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications, including fintech solutions and cryptocurrency systems.
  2. Collaborate with our team to design and implement scalable, efficient and secure software solutions.
  3. Contribute to the development of our in-house gRPC library and Kubernetes deployments.
  4. Work with real-time financial data sourced from various APIs and maintain a strong emphasis on code reusability.
  5. Maintain and refactor existing code as required, ensuring seamless inter-service communication.

Requirements
  1. BSc in computer science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-6 years experience in software development, with a focus on fintech and cryptocurrency technologies.
  3. Proven expertise in Python, ReactJS, PostgreSQL and Redis.
  4. Familiarity with gRPC, Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
