Job Description
  • A highly skilled Agricultural Microbiologist is required to join our team at Prostaff Holdings to develop and optimize rhizobial inoculants through liquid fermentation.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related field, with a proven track record of research and development in microbial nitrogen fixation, liquid fermentation, and reactor design.
  • The key responsibilities of this role include researching modes of action, production, and formulation of rhizobial inoculants, producing inoculants through liquid fermentation, upscaling fermentation technologies to commercial volumes, and conducting quality assurance and control of production processes and facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
