- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to align strategies and drive business results.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop tailored solutions to address client needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales metrics, customer engagement, and overall customer health.
- Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account history, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software applications.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
