Job Title: Branch Administrator

Job Summary:

ACDC Dynamics is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Administrator to contribute to our company's objectives. The successful candidate will assist the Retail Branch Manager with all administration duties required to run the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Retail Manager with all administrative tasks, including daily cash ups, client refunds, and debtors queries.
  • Manage and resolve all issues in customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all clients and staff.
  • Assist with quality improvements to enhance all services and prepare all required paperwork.
  • Schedule, submit, and initiate customer returns in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Process daily cash ups and provide reports for head office.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
