The role involves leading key projects and initiatives from start to completion, supporting sales and revenue generation activities, including setting quarterly and annual goals. The candidate will foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve key objectives, contributing to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- At least 3 years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, or consulting, preferably in a B2B technology environment
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Proven track record of leading initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Experience in project management, preferably within management consulting or strategic planning teams in technology companies
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred); CRM implementation experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
