We are currently seeking a highly skilled Working Maintenance Foreman to join our team at Par Excellance H.R. as a Millwright in a food factory setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance function, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  2. Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and activities.
  3. Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  4. Identify and address mechanical and electrical breakdowns, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Compile and manage schedules, ensuring the job card system remains up-to-date.
  6. Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ordering.
  7. Monitor and improve energy efficiency through regular measurements and corrective actions.
  8. Evaluate and improve compliance with environmental standards and safety protocols.
  9. Assume standby and overtime duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including supervising a team.
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: R480-650 000 tctc Neg.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including basic salary, travel allowance, and pension fund contributions.
