Role Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and develop business relationships with existing and new customers
  2. Make appointments for daily visits to current and prospective customers
  3. Assist design engineers in selecting suitable parts for new designs
  4. Identify and offer replacement parts for existing designs to engineers and buyers
  5. Research sources and analyse the market for developing new potential customers
  6. Organise and plan a personal sales strategy to maximize return and time investment
  7. Achieve growth and account penetration by effectively marketing all product lines
  8. Manage accurate forecasts and achieve targets
Requirements
  1. Completed Grade 12
  2. Suitable technical qualification and experience in Electronic Engineering (Light Current)
  3. Preferably three or more years' experience in the electronic engineering or sales environment
  4. Fully computer literate, MS Office especially in Excel (Spreadsheets)
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects
  6. Strong aptitude for sales
  7. Strong aptitude for figures & accuracy
  8. Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with managers, engineers and technical staff
  9. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  11. Presentable & groomed
  12. Bilingual skills
  13. Valid driver's license
  14. Own reliable transport
