Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Expert to join our team at NOMAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing specialized engineering services relating to Predictive Maintenance for power generation plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate CBM strategy with all sites in the cluster.
  • Develop Predictive Maintenance strategy, process and procedures including all required tools and techniques for the plant.
  • Manage vibration, oil and grease analysis, ultrasound, Ultrasonic testing, radiographic, boroscopy, and thermographic data, as well as other condition monitoring parameters, for rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc.), electrical installations as well as static equipment, and provide diagnosis using the appropriate diagnostic software tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Working knowledge of electrical installations
  • Working knowledge in CSP, PV and Wind technologies is an added advantage
  • 5-7 years' experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
