At Curro Holdings Ltd, we have a long history of educational excellence with over 25 years of experience.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Curriculum Lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, and designing the overall curriculum development.
This includes planning and strategizing for the future development and growth of the subject area, developing specific models, assessing requirements for curriculum development, reviewing developed materials, and providing feedback.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that planning of assessments is aligned to all Curro offerings, designing and implementing moderation instruments to ensure standardisation across brands, and collaborating with service providers to support curriculum delivery.
The ideal candidate will have honours/masters degree or other postgraduate qualification in content/curriculum development, SACE registration, and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Subject Head.
Job Description
- Curriculum Management: The successful candidate will be accountable to the Curriculum Head to collect, analyse, and use data to inform, monitor, and evaluate planning, pedagogical practices, and interventions.
- Assessment Alignment: They will ensure that planning of assessments is aligned to all Curro offerings.
- Moderation and Standardization: The candidate will design and implement moderation instruments to ensure standardisation across brands.
- Collaboration and Support: They will collaborate with service providers to support curriculum delivery and work across different projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Honours/Master's degree or other postgraduate qualification in content/curriculum development
- SACE registration
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Subject Head
