As a leading recruitment agency, Network Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of all financial activities within a fast-paced production environment. Key duties include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Overseeing Work in Progress (WIP) management and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for production, ensuring accurate costing and effective tracking of inventory and manufacturing processes.
  • Taking charge of inventory management, ensuring effective stock control processes that optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs, with a focus on both raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitoring and analysing manufacturing costs, looking for opportunities to reduce costs and improve profit margins while ensuring financial objectives are met.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • CIMA certification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management.
