Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other parties involved in the mortgage process
  • Coordinate the mortgage process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client communications and mortgage progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of experience in home loan or mortgage administration
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated software

Work Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiable

Position Type: Permanent
