Facility Management:

  2. Assist Team Leads in managing inventory and restocking supplies
  3. Ensure all equipment and props are in good working order
  4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth operations
  5. Be proactive in resolving any issues or concerns that arise

Requirements:

  1. Previous customer service experience is preferred
  2. Must be available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Work Environment:

  1. Lift and move merchandise, supplies, and equipment as needed
  2. Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching
  3. May need to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  4. Must be able to lift weights up to 50 lbs. consistently
