Administrative Support Role

iOCO Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Business Process Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Business Process Manager.

This role involves managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating activities within the team.

Main Tasks :

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Process Manager, including tasks such as process management, service management review coordination, and escalation handling.
  • Maintain and manage all essential SMO documentation, including policies, procedures, service reports, and client interaction records.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor and track service delivery metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of KPIs and metrics.

Desirable Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
