This role requires a creative powerhouse who can conceptualise and execute visually stunning designs for clients in the change management space. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent collaboration skills, working closely with our creative team to drive brand consistency and push the boundaries of creativity.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with the development of design concepts and executing them across various channels;
  • Collaborating with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design;
  • Providing design support for client-facing projects, including presentations and pitch materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and 2D After Effects animation. A relevant design or multimedia qualification is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
