We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishments, ensuring seamless execution of our services, and driving continuous improvement.

As an Operations Director with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing operational strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in management or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role. A hospitality certificate or degree would be beneficial, but not essential. Additionally, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

In terms of specific requirements, you will need to have a basic knowledge of accounting and numerical skills, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. A driver's license and own vehicle would be preferred, but not necessary. What is essential, however, is that you are well-organized, able to keep accurate records, and possess exceptional customer service skills.

We offer a competitive salary of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous leave allowance, access to ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company like Wild Dreams Hospitality.
