Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Stepco Recruitment. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles in Witbank.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair complex issues on high-end vehicles.
  • Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Maintain accurate records and adhere to industry standards for quality control.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field.
Requirements:Education & Certification:
  • A National Senior Certificate (Matric) is mandatory.
  • Vocational or technical certification is highly desirable.
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Completion of BMW STEP (Service Technician Education Program) is highly desirable.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury or European vehicles.
  • BMW experience as an automotive technician is seen as an added advantage.
About the Role
