**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Oil Blending Technician to join our team at Oxyon Human Capital Solutions. As a key member of our blending plant, you will be responsible for operating the blender machine and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Blender Machine: You will be responsible for operating the blender machine, utilizing pumps, filters, and scales throughout the blending process.
• Raw Material Verification: Verify the age and weight of raw materials before adding them to the blend.
• Labeling and Documentation: Accurately complete labels and blend information sheets.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure that the blending process follows safety and quality standards.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform regular maintenance on machinery and maintain good housekeeping in and around the blending plant.

**Requirements:

• Literate and Communicative: You must be literate and able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mechanical Skills: You should have mechanical skills, including knowledge of filters, pumps, valves, and pipes.
• Interpersonal and Troubleshooting Skills: Interpersonal and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
• Quality Control: You should have a strong understanding of quality control principles.
• Education and Experience: A Matric certificate with Math and production experience are necessary for this role.
