We are looking for a highly skilled Building Information Modelling Lead to join our team at Tumaini Consulting. As a Building Information Modelling Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of BIM processes across various projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the successful implementation of BIM processes across various projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce SVAi BIM modelling standards, protocols and guidelines.
- Provide training and support to project teams to ensure data and model integrity.
You will work closely with project teams to optimize BIM workflows and ensure data and model integrity. Your expertise will directly influence the quality, efficiency, and innovation of projects, making you an essential part of their success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience working for an architectural company, with a minimum of 1 year as direct support to a Project Manager or Project Leader, and a minimum of 3 years in the role of BIM Coordinator for Architectural stages 1 to 5. You will also need to have familiarity with local and international BIM regulations, proficiency in BIM related software, and proficiency in BIM related Revit Add-ons and software advantageous.
