As a member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our branches and pods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general handyman work, electrical repairs, painting, welding, grinding, and furniture maintenance. You will also be tasked with high-access cleaning and pod maintenance, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Perform various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our branches and pods.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, fixtures, and furniture throughout our branches and pods.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Reporting:
    • Report daily to the regional or national facilities manager on tasks completed, tasks that cannot be done, or any other issues regarding work, security risks, or health and safety risks at branches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Experience in the same/similar role is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license
