Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
  • Manage front office operations effectively
  • Provide top-notch customer service at all times
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  2. Accommodation Certificate / Hotel School diploma advantageous
  3. Previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel
  4. Familiarity with duties and procedures in Front Office/Reservations Department
  5. Opera/Opera Cloud experience required
